Job Summary

As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Winfomi, you will work closely with our sales team.
Your expertise will contribute to improving sales processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of our operations.
You will play a key role functional specifications for our Salesforce CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for Salesforce system enhancements or new implementations.
System Design:Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation rules. Design user-friendly interfaces and ensure data integrity and security.
Data Analysis: Analyze data within Salesforce to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights to management and end-users.
User Training and Support: Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they understand how to use the platform effectively. Address user questions and issues and continuously improve the user experience.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations, processes, and best practices. This documentation helps ensure consistency and serves as a reference for future enhancements.
Testing and Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements and are free from errors or issues. This includes both functional and regression testing.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging technologies. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the Salesforce system to align with changing business needs and objectives.
