Job Summary

  • As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Winfomi, you will work closely with our sales team.
  • Your expertise will contribute to improving sales processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements for Salesforce system enhancements or new implementations.
  • System Design:Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation rules. Design user-friendly interfaces and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data within Salesforce to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights to management and end-users.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they understand how to use the platform effectively. Address user questions and issues and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations, processes, and best practices. This documentation helps ensure consistency and serves as a reference for future enhancements.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements and are free from errors or issues. This includes both functional and regression testing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging technologies. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the Salesforce system to align with changing business needs and objectives.
