Job Description
- We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–5 years of experience to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting our channel enablement services to IT companies. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B sales processes and is eager to take ownership of the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective clients within the IT industry, especially where channel enablement can add measurable value.
- Research and qualify leads using channels like cold calling, email outreach, social media, and professional networks.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to enter new markets and build a qualified pipeline.
- Deliver customized sales pitches and presentations that address client-specific needs and showcase service value.
- Engage with decision-makers such as channel heads, sales leaders, and C-suite executives to understand business challenges and offer suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation to closing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales support.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive retention, satisfaction, and upselling opportunities.
- Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies related to channel enablement.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 1–5 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, with mandatory experience in IT sales.
- Strong understanding of channel enablement functions like partner onboarding, training, co-marketing, and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Experience using sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Goal-driven, self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
