About The Role:

We are looking for a Junior Business Operations Executive to manage and oversee company-wide operations, including project tracking, financial processes, HR activities, learning programs, and internal systems. This role will require strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work independently. You will work closely with leadership to ensure smooth business operations and efficient execution of tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Project & Resource Management

  • Assist in monitoring weekly project reports and compile action items for follow-up.
  • Track team resource utilization and availability to ensure efficient task allocation.
  • Support the team in updating time logs and leave records.

2. Finance & Invoicing Oversight

  • Help ensure timely generation and submission of invoices for all projects.
  • Assist with tracking invoice statuses, follow up on payments, and escalate delays as needed.

3. Learning & Certification Management

  • Support the coordination of company-wide learning programs and track progress.
  • Help manage certification activities and encourage employees to complete relevant courses.

4. Employee Engagement & Performance Tracking

  • Assist in organizing monthly award programs and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Help manage Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys and compile reports for review.

5. Internal Operations & Systems Management

  • Support the management of internal systems and platforms, ensuring smooth operation and issue tracking.

6. Event & Travel Planning

  • Assist in planning company events, conferences, and meetups, helping with logistics and schedules.
  • Help coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.

7. Personal Business Assistance (for Leadership)

  • Assist with follow-ups on key initiatives across departments and report on progress.
  • Support in executing important business tasks and decisions in a timely manner.
  • Handle ad-hoc business requests as needed.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 0 to 1 years of experience in Business Operations, Project Coordination, or Administrative Management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive problem solver with good decision-making abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of business software & tools (CRM, project management platforms, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and leadership.
  • Event planning and travel coordination knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks and follow up on key business activities.
