Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving Winfomi's digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. This position will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and optimizing various marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role demands expertise in social media management, email marketing, SEO, and a foundational knowledge of Google and Meta Ads.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Content Strategy
- Perform competitor analysis, including backlink research and content strategy, to enhance Winfomi's online visibility.
- Develop and implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword optimization, link building, and content planning.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance, adjusting strategies based on metrics, competitor movements, and industry trends.
Email Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including strategy development, content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Segment audiences and personalize email campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor key metrics to optimize email performance and ensure adherence to best practices.
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Manage the creation, curation, and scheduling of content, working closely with designers and video editors to produce high-quality graphics and videos.
- Grow the LinkedIn network by sending connection requests, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify key leads, and generating engagement.
Local SEO
- Optimize Winfomi’s online presence for local searches by managing Google Business Profile and other local SEO tactics.
- Ensure NAP consistency across directories and implement local keywords to attract regionally relevant audiences.
Paid Advertising
- Plan, implement, and optimize Google and Meta ad campaigns to achieve targeted reach and engagement.
- Work closely with the team to align paid advertising with broader marketing strategies, ensuring ad effectiveness and return on investment.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Coordinate with the development team to test new website features and ensure quality control before launching.
- Collaborate with video editors and designers to maintain consistent branding and high-quality visuals across platforms.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure smooth workflow within the marketing department.
Lead Generation & Conversion Tracking
- Leverage LinkedIn and other channels for lead generation and nurture key relationships to increase sales potential.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to optimize lead generation strategies.
Qualification
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in social media management, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in B2B marketing strategies, particularly within the software sector, with an understanding of industry trends and buyer personas.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools (such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz).
- Analytical Skills: Experience analyzing data to drive insights and make strategic recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
