About The Role
Winfomi is seeking a highly capable HubSpot Consultant to join our on-site team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Service, Automation and Analytics hubs, and will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing HubSpot solutions aligned with business processes.
This role requires someone who can work independently, take ownership of implementations, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers to deliver reliable, scalable CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
- Design and implement workflows, automation, and lifecycle processes.
- Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics for business tracking.
- Manage and optimize forms, properties, pipelines, and data models.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and proper CRM structure.
- Translate business requirements into HubSpot configurations.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and improvements.
- Follow Winfomi’s delivery standards, documentation practices, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- HubSpot Sales Hub
- HubSpot Marketing Hub
- HubSpot Service Hub
- HubSpot Analytics & Reporting
- Solid understanding of CRM processes and automation best practices.
- Experience with workflow design, lead management, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
