About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Salesforce Consultant (6–8 years) to join our growing team in the USA. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design effective Salesforce solutions, and ensure successful implementations. This role focuses primarily on declarative configuration, with the ability to collaborate with developers when custom solutions are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (custom objects, fields, record types, flows, workflows, Process Builder, validation rules).
- Configure roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings to ensure secure data access.
- Build custom reports and dashboards for actionable business insights.
- Support data migration and data quality management activities.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address client feedback.
- Deliver end-user and admin training, along with clear documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers on project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce standard/custom objects, declarative features, and data model.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
- Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Basic understanding of Apex/Visualforce for effective collaboration with developers.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud (good to have).
