About The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Winfomi. The role involves handling the complete recruitment cycle – from understanding hiring needs, sourcing, and screening candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to identifying and attracting the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with team leads to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, role specifications, and sourcing timelines.
- Source and attract candidates through direct sourcing methods including LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
- Screen, interview, and coordinate interview schedules with leads to ensure a strong fit with both role requirements and company culture.
- Maintain and update candidate records in our database.
- Provide a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
Experience And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s or HR specialization is a plus.
- 2-5 years of talent acquisition / recruitment experience. Experience in both IT and non-IT hiring is advantageous.
- Strong expertise in direct sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously with strong time management and organization skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and HRMS platforms.
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently and work in a dynamic environment.
