About The Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer (Fresher) to join our growing design team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about design and eager to learn hands-on by working with experienced designers and developers. You will contribute to creating user-friendly, visually appealing web, mobile, and digital product designs while supporting branding and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating UI/UX designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Support the design team in developing graphics, visual assets, and digital creatives.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design consistency across products.
• Work on branding, social media creatives, and marketing collaterals as needed.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Ensure designs are responsive, pixel-perfect, and user-friendly.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Figma (UI/UX design, prototyping, components).
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Strong creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and take constructive feedback.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the design field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• Completion of a UI/UX design course is preferred.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design trends and basic front-end concepts is a plus.
• Internship or project experience in graphic/UI design will be an added advantage.
