About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Consultant / Zoho Solutions Specialist who can lead end-to-end Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and Zoho Creator implementation projects. The ideal candidate should understand business processes deeply, design the right Zoho solutions, and ensure seamless delivery aligned with Winfomi’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business requirements and translate them into Zoho-based solutions.
- Prepare solution blueprints, effort estimations, and implementation plans.
- Configure Zoho CRM modules, workflows, blueprints, automation rules, and validation logic.
- Set up integrations with Zoho Books, Desk, Campaigns, Sign, and other Zoho apps.
- Develop custom Zoho Creator apps using Deluge scripting.
- Handle APIs, webhooks, and custom functions for cross-app automation.
- Migrate and clean data, ensuring accuracy and structure.
- Create reports, dashboards, and business intelligence insights.
- Deliver training, UAT support, and post-implementation assistance.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on Zoho CRM implementation experience.
- Deep understanding of Zoho One applications and cross-platform automation.
- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting, workflows, blueprints, and custom apps.
- Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and support processes.
- Ability to manage full-cycle CRM implementation projects.
- Experience with API integrations and automation logic.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Zoho certifications are a plus.
