These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of the Smart File Management System ("Smart Storage", "the Product"), a Salesforce document management application offered by Winfomi ("Winfomi", "we", "us", "our") and sold directly through www.winfomi.com. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Smart Storage, the customer ("Customer", "you") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Plans

Smart Storage is offered under two license plans. The plan purchased is specified on the Customer's order confirmation or invoice.

Per-User License

  • Billed per named user, on a monthly or annual cycle as selected by the Customer at checkout.
  • A license is assigned to one named individual and may be reassigned to a different user within the same organisation, but cannot be used by more than one person at the same time.

Smart Storage is offered under two license plans. The plan purchased is specified on the Customer's order confirmation or invoice.

Company Plan (Unlimited Users)

  • A single flat-rate subscription covering unlimited users within one Salesforce organisation.
  • Intended for teams that expect user counts to grow, or where per-seat tracking is impractical.
  • Unlimited-user access applies only to the Salesforce org(s) specified at purchase; using the same Company Plan license across multiple, separate Salesforce orgs requires a separate subscription per org unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Free Trial

Winfomi may make Smart Storage available for 14 Day Trial period ahead of purchase. The length of the trial and any feature limitations that apply during it will be stated at the time of signup.

  • No payment is due during the 14 Day trial period.
  • At the end of the trial, continued use of Smart Storage requires selecting and paying for a Per-User or Company Plan; access may pause automatically if no plan is selected.
  • Winfomi may modify, shorten, extend, or discontinue trial offers at its discretion, without affecting Customers already on a paid subscription.

3. Trademarks and License Grant

"Smart Storage", "Smart File Management System", and associated logos are trademarks of Winfomi. No license to use Winfomi's trademarks, branding, or name is granted under these Terms except as necessary to identify the Product you have purchased.

Subject to payment of applicable fees, Winfomi grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Smart Storage solely for the Customer's own internal business operations within their Salesforce environment. The Customer may not:

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of Smart Storage.
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute Smart Storage to any third party.
  • Use Smart Storage, or any part of it, as the basis for a competing product or service.
  • Remove or obscure any Winfomi branding, trademark, or copyright notice within the Product.

4. Copyright and Ownership

Winfomi retains all right, title, and interest in and to Smart Storage, including its source code, design, user interface, documentation, and all associated intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Smart Storage to the Customer.

The Customer retains full ownership of all files, folders, and business data processed through Smart Storage. Smart Storage does not host or retain copies of Customer files — all documents remain in the Customer's own Google Drive, SharePoint, or AWS S3 account, exactly as configured by the Customer.

If the Customer submits feedback, suggestions, or feature requests, Winfomi may use that input to improve Smart Storage without any obligation, payment, or attribution to the Customer.

5. Terms of Use

The Customer agrees to use Smart Storage only for lawful, legitimate business purposes and in compliance with the terms of their own Salesforce subscription and their chosen cloud storage provider (Google, Microsoft, or AWS).

  • The Customer is responsible for maintaining an active, separately purchased Salesforce subscription and cloud storage account — neither is included in the Smart Storage license.
  • Salesforce administrators are responsible for configuring user permissions, file type restrictions, and file size limits within Smart Storage's settings.
  • Smart Storage must not be used to store, transmit, or process unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
  • Winfomi is not responsible for the uptime, performance, security, or data practices of Salesforce or the connected cloud storage provider, as these are operated independently of Winfomi.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Winfomi warrants that Smart Storage will perform substantially in accordance with its published feature documentation when used as intended on a supported Salesforce environment.

Except for this limited warranty, Smart Storage is provided "as is." Winfomi disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — particularly with respect to the performance, availability, or security of third-party platforms (Salesforce, Google Drive, SharePoint, AWS S3) that Smart Storage connects to but does not control.

Winfomi does not warrant that Smart Storage will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all defects will be corrected, though we will make reasonable efforts to address verified product issues.

7. Email and Support

Winfomi provides product support to active subscribers via email and, where applicable, scheduled calls.

  • Support scope: installation guidance, configuration assistance, and bug fixes related to Smart Storage itself.
  • Out of scope: issues originating from Salesforce, Google Drive, SharePoint, or AWS S3, custom development beyond Smart Storage's standard configuration options, and support for expired or cancelled subscriptions.
  • Support requests can be sent to sales@winfomi.com, with a target initial response within one business day.

8. Fees and Payment

Fees are based on the license plan selected (Per-User or Company Plan) and the billing cycle chosen (monthly or annual) at the time of purchase.

  • Fees are billed in advance of each billing period and are due on the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
  • Non-payment may result in suspension of access to Smart Storage until outstanding fees are settled.
  • Winfomi may revise pricing for future billing cycles; any change will be communicated to the Customer in advance of the next renewal.
  • Except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of sale, fees already paid are non-refundable.

9. Term and Termination

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled beforehand.

  • A Customer wishing to cancel or not renew must provide written notice at least 30 days before the next renewal date.
  • Winfomi may suspend or terminate access if the Customer breaches these Terms, including unauthorized use, non-payment, or use of Smart Storage beyond the licensed scope.
  • Upon termination, the Customer's right to use Smart Storage ends immediately; Customer files remain in the Customer's own cloud storage account and are unaffected, as Smart Storage does not retain a separate copy.
  • Sections relating to Trademarks, Copyright and Ownership, and Warranties and Disclaimers survive termination of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

Winfomi may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Smart Storage's features, licensing, or support process. The current version will always be posted on the Smart Storage product page. Continued use of Smart Storage after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
