Field Service Experience Site

Client does different kinds of Field Services. Example: Pipeline Repair, Window Repair etc. through Handyman. They wanted easy way to update Handyman about Field work and Handyman can track their progress and get information about work in one app.

What we did

We implemented Experience Site with all features which can be used by Handyman for their Day-to-Day work Assignments Checking, Work Progress Tracking, Pricing Extra.

Outcome

Cost Cutting as there is no integration is needed and the Salesforce Platform utilized which they were using already as CRM.
