Use Case

Client manufactures different products (Ex: Drum Anchor Winches) which is used in Boat. They wanted the ability to List, Sell, and Support their Products to Customers.

What we did

We implemented Product Listing, Selling, Supporting, Order Tracking Feature using Experience Cloud. We enabled View Products Features for Guest User (Without Login). We enabled Order Products, Track Order, Support on Product Feature for Logged in User.

Outcome

Cost Cutting as there is no integration is needed and the Salesforce Platform utilized which they were using already as CRM.
